Damiana

Highly converted by the Aztecs, this potent herb has a long history of traditional use within Mexican & Central American culture. Damiana is commonly used as a herbal tea, which can either be brewed on its own, or mixed with other loose herbal teas. As it has a slightly bitter taste, it is often mixed something sweet or floral.

Suggested Use
Infuse 1-2 teaspoons per cup of hot water, up to 3 times per day. Steep for 10-15 minutes depending on taste.
