Hormone Harmony (PMS) Tea Blend is formulated to support hormonal balance during the menstrual cycle. How to use (tea bags) : put your tea bag in a mug and pour over boiled water a quarter of the way full, then let it steep for 2-5 mins. Once it has finished steeping remove the tea bag add a teaspoon of honey and if you don't want it too hot add a splash of cold water. 

How to use (loose) : add the loose herbs to your tea strainer pour over boiled water then let it steep for 2-5mins. Once it has finish steeping remove your tea strainer and add a teaspoon of honey and if you don't want it too hot add a splash of cold water.

May cause allergic reaction to sensitive individuals. Avoid if you have a rag weed allergy. Contains herbs that may affect blood sugar, blood pressure and blood clotting. Do not take the same time as medication.
