HOW TO USE: You may feel tingles when you first start using the spray until you build up a tolerance to the magnesium. To help with that start with 2-3 sprays or less for a week and then every week add more sprays until you're using 10-12 sprays a day. You need to use that many sprays so your body will absorb the magnesium and use it.
